OAT POWDER  is a low GI,  biologically valuable alternative to milk and soya drinks.

The inclusion of oats as part of a diet low in saturated fat and a healthy lifestyle can help reduce cholesterol.. One 250ml serving of OAT POWDER provides just under 0.8g of beta glucan soluble fibre from whole oats, which is just over one quarter of the 3g of the suggested daily intake required to reduce cholesterol.

OAT POWDER provides oat bran from carefully selected oats.  It is free from soya, lactose and milk proteins.

Dietary fibre is in general regarded as beneficial to the digestive system.  OATP has the advantage of containing both soluble and insoluble fibre which gives it advantages over insoluble fibres such as wheat bran.  OATP is  a most palatable way of taking in extra fibre to the diet.
 
OAT POWDER can be used either as a drink mix or for meal preparation.  It can also be used to replace regular milk or wheat flour.
 

Uses:   for drinking, cooking, baking.  It can be used to replace fresh or dried milk, can be mixed in with cereals as a healthy breakfast and can be added to coffee or tea.  It can also be used in soups and sauces as a thickener instead of potato starch of wheat flour.

May contain traces of milk at a level which would not affect lactose intolerance sufferers.
